Viniculture and Winemaking: The Grapes were selectively handpicked into 25 kg harvest boxes and transported to a refrigerated chamber in the winery. The wine was made by gentle whole bunch pressing and a totally natural clarification. The juice was slowly fermented, at 12ºC
Storage: Conservar entre 16 e 18ªC
Food pairing: Excellent with smoked dishes in general, including smoked fish with simple confection, seafood dishes and some desserts made from fruit
Winemaker's Notes: This Riesling oscillates between purity and minerality of the pure Riesling and some aromas of late harvest
